I’m Pip Phillips, Partner in the Bay of Plenty and mother to two boys. My husband grew up in Papamoa, so after we saw the world together we moved back to the Bay to enjoy the beach life in Papamoa.
My recruitment career started 8 years ago with my boomerang boss George Brooks. Firstly, in Accounting and Finance and then Business Support. I started as an Associate Consultant, then Consultant, now Partner.
At Bureau, my focus is on Accounting and Finance, Sales, and Administration roles. We really pride ourselves on the most thorough selection process which includes behavioural based interview and psychometric testing. My favourite part about what I do is the relationships I build with some of the best people the Bay has to offer.
Outside of work the boys keep us pretty busy. We have some amazing friends in the Bay and in Papamoa everyone is just “around the corner” so we usually get everyone together for good food, good wine and a good laugh.
