My more than 20 years in HR Management and Recruitment has led to a great relationship with my hairdresser to cover up the ‘natural highlights’. None the less, I love what I do, which is a mix of Recruitment, HR Consulting, Career Transition and Psychometric Assessment. Whether it is sourcing your next HR resource (and perhaps covering the gap for you whilst we are recruiting) or operating as your HR specialist for specific projects that require additional or discreet capacity, there’s not much in the HR/L&D/OD space that I don’t enjoy and can’t add value to.
My recruitment focus is HR Generalist & related specialist roles at all levels and I also recruit Executive and Senior Leadership roles across a raft of disciplines and industries, including CIO, COO, Head of Strategy and such.
In my downtime, I’m an avid traveller who, like the rest of the globe has had my wings clipped temporarily, so for the next couple of years I am looking forward to exploring my own backyard again – some of the great walks particularly. I am also a fiercely loyal ‘buy NZ made’ shopper, which extends to both my wardrobe and wine collection. You certainly can’t beat a good Pinot from Central Otago!
